Seminar Fee: USD $170.00 flat fee covers all classes, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and Waikiki shuttle bus service – per day/per class pricing not available. Register by August 31st 2010 and receive a $20 early registration discount.*This is a 100% non-profit event. Any funds remaining after seminar and banquet costs have been covered will be donated to charity.
Banquet: There will be a commemorative banquet on Sunday February 20th at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii. Banquet fees are USD $50.00 per person and should be paid with your seminar fee.
Payment: Online from the above links for credit card payment, checks drawn on a US bank in US dollars, or by international money order in US dollars.
Deadline: All seminar and banquet spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of rank or affiliation. Space is limited, early registration is recommended. Registration after venue capacity is reached can not be guaranteed.
Cancellation: 100% refundable by December 15th 2010. No refund for cancellations after December 15th 2010. Refund by check in US dollars only.
